Shipping & Return Policy
We aim to ship all orders same day if the order is into us before 3pm. We use standard post so your package should arrive in 1 to 5 days. Normal delivery is 1 to 2 days, however due to Covid-19 there are some delays with An Post on occasion.
Should you experience a Skin Response, please contact us to discuss. We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened or any security seals broken. Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from CityWax. When returning an item please use recorded delivery to ensure that we receive it.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.
If you are returning a product which is outside of the 14 day period from when you received your order store credit will be issued.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to [email protected]

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on any Dermalogica Product returned, for any reason within a 30 day period, if Dermalogica has been recommended by a CityWax therapist in one of our salons.
Before you return any your Dermalogica to us please contact our Customer Services Team on [email protected] who will help you through a return of a product.
For Products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement straightaway, or a full refund of the monies already paid upon return of the original item.
If you are dissatisfied with a Product, for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the Product, upon return of the original item.
In the rare incident that the wrong Product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct Product straightaway or if the original Product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon return of the item delivered in error. Orders should be checked on receipt and any errors must be reported to [email protected] within 5 days receiving your order in order for the issue to be rectified.
In order for us to receive Products back undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used.
